Excellent glasses Arrive from the Turtle of Promptness

I very much like my new Eyespecs Penguin Drexler glasses, and am totally pleased with the optics -- at least for the first two days I've worn them. Good distance, and reading. However ...
My complaint is that while your company snapped up up my $247 payment, it didn't bother to ship my glasses. After 2-3 weeks, I called to see what was up and was very apologetically told my order had not been completed because I had left out a detail -- specification of PD, pupillary distance -- which I believe I did, in fact, include. At any rate, I concede it is possible I omitted that detail. A reminder from the company did not reach me, coming along into my spam folder. (A shippers' email address discrepancy, possibly?) And no refund was made. But ...
A helpful customer service person (who suggested checking my spam folder) assured me my glasses would be ground right away and shipped by two-day freight. Eight days later they arrived by the first boat from New Caledonia.
Yes, that is tortoise slow, rather than fast, and did try my patience. But the online price beat the local shops by hundreds, and the glasses are excellent. Including good transition lens vision.
That's my review, and I'm sticking to it. Please do not cherry-pick the good stuff from the slow. -- Bill D
