These days, where so much (too much) is done through computers, it is refreshing to know, if you have an issue, a question, or a concern, the representatives at Eyespecs can be reached by phone quickly. They answered the phone every time I called, and they were polite and helpful. This is so rare. Usually, you have to push through countless phone options to get to where you want to be. Not here. They pick up the phone!
Customer service may be dead everywhere else, but not at Eyespecs.
Most of their competitors have sketchy return policies... restocking fees, the return shipping is not included, and so on. Not here. They have the best price I could find and the best service.
This was truly an amazing experience! I will only shop for my eyeglasses here. Thank you, guys!
