Eyespecs exceeded my expectations!

Silhouette glasses are expensive - and since there are so many details that needed to be conveyed, I was a little nervous about ordering glasses online to begin. I needn't have worried - my glasses arrived in a timely manner and were exactly as I specified them. Customer Service provided all necessary information and did not bother me with extraneous emails attempting to push other products.

This is my third pair of Silhouette titanium frame glasses so I do not anticipate any difficulties with the glasses themselves. (I bought the first two pair about the same time and they lasted over 20 years.) I would suggest that you consider taking your glasses to your ophthalmologist / optometrist and have the stems 'tweaked' for final fit if necessary. This is about the only thing that cannot be done for you with an online order. My optometrist did it for no charge.

In addition to the great case that Silhouette provides, Eyespecs shipped the glasses in a beautiful gift quality box along with a lens cleaner kit. This, in turn, was enclosed in a solid shipping box. I ship a lot of things in my business and deal with many Customer Service entities. Eyespecs has delivered above and beyond!

Outstanding Purchase

I received my Sihouette eyeglasses today and in addition to being exceptional, they are well beyond expectations. I especially liked the outstanding customer service received from the staff based on their knowledge of the product and willingness to address the needs of the consumer. I have worn Montblanc eyeglass frames for over 15 years and had reservations with regards to moving in a different direction; however, after consultation with the extremely patience and customer service oriented representative, all apprehension was laid to rest. The Silhouette eyeglasses were initially purchased to be the backup to my recently acquired Montblanc eyeglasses, but needless to say, the Montblanc eyeglasses are now the backup. These glasses are stunning and the light weight of the titanium place it head and shoulders above its rivals.
