No restocking fee and we mean it. Return your Sunglasses and/or Eyeglasses frames in brand new unused/unworn condition within 90 days and we'll cover the shipping cost and issue a full refund to your original payment method. As simple as that.

You may return new, unused frames within 90 days of delivery for a refund. item must be in original new condition including all booklets, inner case, outer case, and authenticity cards. Any expedited shipping fees are non-refundable.

Prescription lenses are customized per each customer's specs and therefore are not refundable, however, We offer a one-time redo no matter if you change your mind about the glasses you received or wish to upgrade your lenses (We will provide you with a prepaid return label and you will only be responsible for the difference in frame pricing, lens pricing, and $14.95 shipping and handling.). If you decide to return any prescription glasses in unused new condition and choose not to use our one-time option to remake another set of prescription lenses. A refund will be issued for the frame amount only.

If an item returned is used, worn, or after the 90 day return policy, it will not be accepted and you will be responsible for arranging a pick up within 7 days or it will be donated to a charity of our choice

We offer a simple hassle-free, no-questions-asked 30-Day return policy on all brand-new unopened, unused contacts. For the return of Contacts Lenses, there is a $9.95 shipping fee adjustment from the order total.

All sunglasses and eyeglasses frames are warranted for 1 Year (unless specified otherwise) from the date of purchase against any manufacturer’s defects. Manufacturer's defects include material, workmanship, structural design, hinges, welding points, and colorings. Manufacturer’s defects DO NOT include damage resulting from wear and tear flagrant misuse causing frame damage, acts of nature, improper use of maintenance, scratching, or tarnish, pet damage, destruction or damage by vehicle, stepping on or sitting on the frame, bending or twisting the frame, repairs and alterations, or any other damage not considered a manufacturing flaw. (The warranty will be voided if the serial number is altered, scraped, or does not match our records.)

For the initial 30 days of warranty, we will cover all shipping and return. After 30 days, A $14.95 shipping and handling fee must be paid by the customer to cover the replacement warranty. This fee is to cover the return and reshipping costs. (Please note that we do not benefit from this charge however we are doing it as a courtesy to our valued customers. You may also choose to contact the manufacturer directly.

Defective frames, (upon inspection), will be replaced with a new pair. In cases where the frame is listed as discontinued (no longer manufactured), the frame will be replaced with another color or a different model of equal or lesser value. We will contact customers in these situations. Please be advised that all shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer, including any taxes and duties incurred with international packages.

If for any reason we discover that the damage is not a manufacturer defect, we will contact you and the return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

If you are experiencing blurry vision and your doctor prescribed a new RX, Eyespecs will remake the lenses at no charge to you within 90 days from the date of delivery. For a doctor change prescription there is a fee of $14.95 shipping and handling to cover the shipping cost.

If you are experiencing blurry vision due to the fitting of the glasses received, we will remake a new set of lenses at no charge within 90 days from the date of delivery.

RX Orders can be canceled within 3 hours of the original order time.

Once our lab receives the order, custom lenses are unique per order and therefore are not refundable.

Frames and Sunglasses

On occasion, there may be an item that has been oversold, on backorder or is no longer available, we will contact you with the status and or cancel your order and credit any charges that were made to your account.

Prescription lenses purchased with a 2-year warranty AR Anti Reflective qualifies for a one-time lenses redo within two years from the date of purchase.

The two-year lenses redo qualifies only on fully functional frames (not taped, glued, and or soldered, as this would) frames must be the ones purchased from us with matching serial number (scraped serial numbers on glasses will not be qualified for lenses redo).

There is a $14.95 charge which covers all shipping. A return label is provided by us and resending the glasses glack to you.

For international orders, the customer is responsible for shipping fees.

Once you receive your item, you can initiate a return as follows:

• Find the order you want to return and click to see the order details.
