    Yes, Crizal No-Glare lenses offer our most comprehensive daily protection against the invisible and often irreversible dangers of UV reflection.

    UV is a form of light/radiation that is not visible to the human eye. Sunlight is the primary source of ultraviolet radiation. UV light comes from all directions, reflecting off surrounding surfaces and creating dangerous exposure.

    CLEANING MY LENSES

    1.  Rinse under warm running water to remove any sandy/gritty debris.

    2.  Clean with a mild liquid dishwashing soap to remove facial oils.

    3.  Rinse with water.

    4.  Dry with a soft cotton cloth.

    5.  Polish your lenses with the microfiber Crizal lenses cleaning cloth provided to you.

      You can also use the Crizal lenses cloth for touch-up cleaning throughout the day when it is not convenient to wash your lenses. While the hydrophobic properties of Crizal No-Glare lenses facilitate the removal of smudges, dust, dirt, and fingerprints more easily, the smudges and fingerprints may appear more visible on Crizal No-Glare lenses than on an uncoated lens.

    Occasional use of alcohol on Crizal No-Glare lenses will not be harmful. However, we do not recommend continuous, daily use.

    If you are not able to remove hair spray or paint using the cleaning recommendations found above, we suggest taking your lenses to your eyecare professional for assistance.

    RX Prescription Glasses Lens Warranty Policy.

    AR/UV coating warranty. The 2-year AR/UV coatings warranty policy applies to the same lenses and prescription as originally purchased. 

    Prescription lenses purchased with a 2-year warranty AR Anti Reflective qualifies for one-time lenses redo within two years from the date of purchase. The two years lenses redo qualifies only on frames that are fully functional (not taped, glued, and or soldered, as this would ) frames must be the ones purchased from us with matching serial number (scraped serial numbers on glasses will not be qualified for lenses redo). The customer is responsible to send the item back to us and no additional shipping fees will be charged to send the replacement of lenses.

    Yes. Commercially prepared anti-reflective lens cleaners are safe to use with Crizal No-Glare lenses.

    1. THE “TRY-ON” FEATURE/BIO-METRIC DATA

    Our services offer a “Try On” feature, allowing you to upload a photo of your choice and combine it, manually (by dragging the frame depiction) with a photo of one or more of the eye-ware frames available on our Properties. This allows you to get an impression of the possible look of such eye-ware onto the subject photograph. Depending on the applicable laws that govern an end user who uses the Try On feature, a portion of the information collected through your usage of the “try -on” feature may be considered “bio-metric data”. If consent is required to collect, store and use the data that we collect from you, then we expressly rely on the fact that you will only use the “try-on” feature if you consent to our collection of your bio-metric data, unless we have some other lawful basis upon which to collect the data. We only use the ”Try-On” related-data, including without limitation, the potential bio-metric data that we collect from you to determine your lens prescription. We store your bio-metric data securely in our database. If you do not proceed with the purchase of prescription lenses and/or contact lenses within 90 days from your use of the “try-on” tool, we will delete your bio-metric data from our systems. Notwithstanding, we will not retain your bio-metric data for longer than 3 years from our first collection of same. We will not sell, lease, trade or otherwise profit from your bio-metric data, nor will any of our vendors who have access to such data be permitted to do so.

    1. WHERE DO WE PROCESS AND STORE USER’S PERSONAL INFORMATION?

    Any and all personal information that we collect from our users is maintained in secured cloud storage environments provisioned by third-party cloud providers in the United States. Information regarding the Users will be maintained and processed by us and our authorized affiliates and service providers which are located in various locations around the world, including, the United States.

    It’s our policy, irrespective of the jurisdictions wherein our Users are located, to maintain all User-supplied data in secure environments provisioned by third parties that : (i) have assured us of the safeguards which they implement to protect your rights to privacy, including where applicable, by undertaking to comply with the EU Standard Contractual Clauses; (ii) where applicable, hold and process such information on our behalf either in jurisdictions which have been determined to ensure adequate level protection by the EU Commission, and (iii) perform such processing pursuant to your consent and acceptance of their privacy policy as further detailed in this Privacy Policy.

    In addition, eyespecs has rolled-out a feature that offers subscribers a convenient one-click option to re-order contact lenses. For those users who wish to use this feature and enroll, eyespecs will send you automated text message reminders as and when it’s time to place an order for contact lenses. We reserve the right to include other eyespecs marketing messages and promotions together with any of the reminder text messages that are sent to you. You always have the right to stop receiving contact lenses reorder reminder text messages by replying “STOP” to any such message, as we’ve noted above.

    Please know that, even if you opted out of receiving text messages from us, we may still contact you for transactional or informational purposes.   10. Progressive and Bifocal Measurements: Height Placement and Fitting

    How do I measure my own Segment Height?

     

    If you would like to measure your own segment height then you will need to have the frame in hand, because you can only measure it while the glasses are on your face. You can either purchase the frame without lenses first and then send them back to have lenses put in after the segment height has been measured. Or if you have already received your glasses and feel the segment height is not correct, you can use the frames you already have.

    For No Line Progressive Lenses

    1. Put the glasses on your face and adjust them so that they sit comfortably.

    2. Have someone assist you by marking the lenses or Stand about 8 inches (20 cm) away from a well-lit mirror with your face parallel and square to the mirror.

    3. Stare straight ahead and mark the center of your pupil. This is your segment height measurement for these frames.

    4. Repeat these steps at least 3 to 5 times to get an accurate and consistent measurement.

    PD or Pupillary Distance is the distance in between the center of one pupil to the center of the other pupil. The PD is measured in millimeters (mm) and can also be written in this form: 35/34 ( Normally done if one eye is a little further away than the other from the center of the nose ).

    You need to have a friend hold a ruler across the bridge of your nose upside down ( so you can read the millimeter measurement ) It is much easier if you have someone about the same height as you. Then close your right eye and open the left eye and read the center of the right eye without moving the ruler.

Manufacturer's defects include material, workmanship, structural design, hinges, welding points, and colorings.     For the initial 30 days of warranty, we will cover all shipping and return. After 30 days, A $14.95 shipping and handling fee must be paid by the customer to cover the replacement warranty.     Defective frames, (upon inspection), will be replaced with a new pair.     RX Prescription Glasses Lens Warranty Policy

    Prescription lenses purchased with a 2-year warranty AR Anti Reflective qualifies for a one-time lenses redo within two years from the date of purchase.

    The two-year lenses redo qualifies only on fully functional frames (not taped, glued, and or soldered, as this would) frames must be the ones purchased from us with matching serial number (scraped serial numbers on glasses will not be qualified for lenses redo).

    There is a $14.95 charge which covers all shipping. A return label is provided by us and resending the glasses glack to you.

    For international orders, the customer is responsible for shipping fees.

    Delivery Delays

    Possible reasons for late delivery include the following:

    • Incorrect address
    • Missing apartment, building, floor, or unit number
    • Severe weather conditions
    • International customs procedures

    The recommended actions are:

    1. Track your package and confirm the estimated delivery date.
    2. Confirm the shipping address you provided in your order.
    3. Track your order with the shipping carrier for any delays.
    4. Check your order status that it was a verified payment.
    5. Wait 48 hours to allow for unexpected delays.
    International Orders

    For the shipping rates and charges check the shipping rates listed on the Shipping Options and Details section in each listing.

    We use all the major mail carriers to ship orders including DHL, FedEx, UPS, and the United Postal Service. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer the option to choose a mail carrier. 

    International orders that are shipped to countries outside the U.S. may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. Please be aware that all countries have different procedures and fees for incoming packages. The import fees are payable to your local appropriate authorities of the destination country. We have no control over customs duty charges and applicable fees. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

    Orders refused and not accepted due to duty charges will be refunded upon receipt minus all return charges and any applicable fees.

    In some cases including address delivery or due to high-value orders, we may request signature confirmation upon delivery of your order.

    Shipping couriers, agents, and reshipping services

    Eyespecs does not take any responsibility for packages shipped and delivered to any shipping couriers, agents, or reshipping services.

    Availability

    Most items offered for sale on Eyespecs are available for immediate shipping. On occasions, a product may be oversold or no longer available. We will notify you via email and your card will not be charged.

    Merchandise Grouping

    To keep the shipping cost down. We will try to consolidate your order in the minimum number of shipments possible.

    In some cases, you may receive more shipments than expected to receive your order. We will never charge you for more shipping than the original amount paid for your order

    Note that items listed as Not Yet Released or Back Ordered can delay orders that are or may be combined with other items in stock.

    Shipping Restrictions

    Due to some restrictions on specific products, we may not be able to ship certain items to some destinations. Each item has its shipping rate and shipping destination available.

    Signature High-Value Order

    In some cases including address delivery or due to high-value orders, we may request signature confirmation upon delivery of your order.

    Undelivered or Wrong Address Packages

    Occasionally packages may be returned to us for an undelivered or bad address. In this case, we will issue a full refund ( including shipping ) and the order will not be re-shipped.

    Fixed Rate Shipping Fee.

    • Base = If you buy an item that has the Base Fee charge you will pay the amount stated below the Base row.
    • + Additional Item = The additional item fee will be added for each additional item you buy from the seller in the same shipping group.
    • + Insurance = The insurance fee charge is offered by the seller, if there is an Insurance fee stated the fee will be charged for each item in your cart.
    • Insurance Option = If there is no amount stated and the insurance is included no additional charges will be added. If there is an amount and the option is requires you will be required to pay the insurance fees, if the insurance is optional you may decline or accept the insurance coverage option.

       

    If an items is offered and the shipping charge is a Base $4.95 + Additional Item at $1.95 and you buy 4 item your total would be $4.95 + $1.95 + $1.95 + $1.95 = $10.80

    If the insurance is included or optional you will not be charged any additional fees. However if you choose to insure or you are required to get insurance and there is a $0.50 insurance fee you will be charged an additional $0.50 for each item for insurance.

    We got you covered

    All sunglasses and eyeglasses frames are warranted for 1 Year (unless specified otherwise) from the date of purchase against any manufacturer’s defects. Manufacturer's defects include material, workmanship, structural design, hinges, welding points, and colorings. Manufacturer’s defects DO NOT include damage resulting from wear and tear flagrant misuse causing frame damage, acts of nature, improper use of maintenance, scratching, or tarnish, pet damage, destruction or damage by vehicle, stepping on or sitting on the frame, bending or twisting the frame, repairs and alterations, or any other damage not considered a manufacturing flaw. (The warranty will be voided if the serial number is altered, scraped, or does not match our records.)

    For the initial 30 days of warranty, we will cover all shipping and return. After 30 days, A $14.95 shipping and handling fee must be paid by the customer to cover the replacement warranty. This fee is to cover the return and reshipping costs. (Please note that we do not benefit from this charge however we are doing it as a courtesy to our valued customers. You may also choose to contact the manufacturer directly.

    Defective frames, (upon inspection), will be replaced with a new pair. In cases where the frame is listed as discontinued (no longer manufactured), the frame will be replaced with another color or a different model of equal or lesser value. We will contact customers in these situations. Please be advised that all shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer, including any taxes and duties incurred with international packages.

    If for any reason we discover that the damage is not a manufacturer defect, we will contact you and the return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

    Lenses Warranty: If you have purchased any of our anti-relective coatings which includes our 2-year warranty, A one-time lens replacement is offered no matter the condition of your lenses. There is a $14.95 and Eyespecs will provide you with a prepaid return label.

  22. What leneses are the right lenses for me?

    When ordering you new pair of sunglasses or eyeglasses, there are several options to choose from. The most common lens materials are Polycarbonate, Trivex, and Glass. At Eyespecs.com, we love to sell, but we also like to educate you and sell only what you really need.

     

    Polycarbonate

    Polycarbonate is the most common lens material for sunglasses and eyeglasses. Mostly used by manufacturers.
